Frequently asked

What does B2B mean in massage?

B2B is short for body-to-body — a full-body, oil-based relaxation massage. It is identical in meaning to 'body-to-body massage'.

Is B2B the same as body-to-body massage?

Yes, entirely. One term is simply the abbreviation of the other.

What should a B2B massage cost in Malaysia?

Commonly RM 150–250 for 60 minutes and RM 220–360 for 90 minutes, shifting with city and whether it is incall or outcall. Our pricing page gives detail.

What is the difference between incall and outcall?

Incall means the guest travels to a private location; outcall means the therapist attends the guest's hotel or residence. Outcall is usually a little dearer.

How long is a session?

Typically 60 or 90 minutes, with longer, unhurried packages available.

How does one enquire?

Through Telegram or WhatsApp. Our enquiry guide sets out the etiquette and the questions to ask.

Which cities do the guides cover?

Cities across Malaysia — the Klang Valley, Penang, Perak, Johor, Pahang, Sarawak, Sabah and more. See the cities page for the full list.

Is this kind of massage service lawful in Malaysia?

Professional massage is a lawful wellness service in Malaysia. Our pages describe legitimate practice — trained therapists, transparent quotes, professional premises — so readers can recognise it.

May I request a particular therapist?

Yes, availability permitting. State the preference in your first message — style, language, seniority — and the house will tell you who is free at your hour.

What should I bring to a session?

Nothing. Towels, oil and showers are the provider's job. For outcall, a tidy room and a recent shower are the only preparation worth naming.

Is a tip expected?

Expected, no; appreciated, always. Ten percent or a rounded-up note, handed directly to the therapist, is the graceful version in Malaysia.

Do you arrange couples' sessions?

Two therapists for two guests is a routine arrangement in the larger cities. Say 'couple' in the opening message — it requires matching two calendars, so notice helps.

How much notice does a booking need?

Off-peak, an hour. Weekend nights and festival seasons, a day or two. The rule: the more particular your requirements, the earlier the message.

How is payment handled?

Cash, Touch 'n Go or transfer, settled at the session. A modest deposit for peak outcall is ordinary; full prepayment to an unfamiliar account is not, and should be declined.

What standard of hygiene should I insist on?

Fresh linens per guest, showers before and after, a clean private room, skin-safe oil. These are the floor, not the ceiling — a provider missing any of them has answered your question.

Which languages can I book in?

Malay and English cover every therapist; Mandarin and Thai are widely available. Name the preference in your first message and the house matches you accordingly.

Does the hotel know what kind of visitor is arriving?

The front desk sees a guest's visitor, nothing more. Where a hotel registers visitors, say so in the chat — the arrival is choreographed around it.
